Dane Cook's neighbors hate his ass.

       Apparently Cook's dog, Beast, is shitting all over the place and no one's got a pooper scooper.

       His neighbors told Page Six, " "They've sent him three notices so far over the last year warning him he'll be evicted, and they have video. The neighbors all hate him."

        Cook's rep told Six that they are seeking complete vindication through legal action. 

        Legal action???  Fuck that... take "Beast's" massive piles of shit and throw it back in Cooks yard and on his car.  Put  a stamp on it and throw it in his mailbox. 

        People in Hollywood sue for any damn reason.  Pansies!

 

        Funnyman, Dane Cook (36) has been ordered to get the hell out of his posh West Hollywood apartment after a judge saw the video taken by the apt manager of Cook's dog, Beast, pooping in the common area. 

        The miniature pincher, was taped pooping repeatedly with no clean up on Cook's part.   The judge told Cook he's shit outa luck.

        I wonder if he'll leave the landlord a going away present.
